Cody’s Head Chef, John Gross, is a Cordon Bleu graduate with previous experience at Disney’s prestigious Yacht and Beach Club. Together with Anna (they just happen to be husband and wife!), he works closely with all couples to design a weekend menu that is as unique and special as the wedding location!
We take great care in listening to the wants and needs of our couples, and pride ourselves that every wedding menu at Cody is unique to the couple. Your personal favorite flavors, recipes and dishes are taken into consideration as we create your special wedding weekend menu. Because of this, it is no surprise that we receive wonderful reviews from our guests.
A unique wedding weekend at Cody will often start with a casual rehearsal dinner or welcome cookout for your guests. Our lakeside dining room allows for both indoor and outdoor dining for these events. We provide a hearty breakfast buffet the next morning for our overnight guests, including a made to order omelette station. At lunchtime we can provide a lake side picnic lunch for your guests to enjoy before the afternoon’s festivities.
Your wedding reception meal takes place in our panoramic dining room overlooking Lake Ossipee, backed by the Ossipee mountain range. With options such as chef attended carving stations alongside a sumptious buffet, your guests will enjoy a delicious menu, creatively designed and prepared by John and his staff – with your personal touch and requests being an important part of the menu design.
Finally, all guests can enjoy a relaxing Sunday brunch before goodbyes are said after your weekend celebrating very special times with friends and family.
Any special dietary requirements can be catered for with ease; including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, and nut allergies.
